For the past few years, the annual year-end party has been becoming one of the most important events of Cathaco. It shows up typical company culture: work hard, play hard. There also displays the surprising and fascinating moments of all employees and leaders.
This year 2013, Cathaco hosted the party at a gorgeous restaurant with wide and beautiful view, around 4km from the factory. The set-up was at the company directors’ wish that all employees could be well served after a hard working year.
Although the holding time was on 27th of lunar calendar, later than last year 2012, almost all employees attended except some volunteer employees who still stayed back at the factory to complete the last orders to deliver to customers before Tet.
One of the different points of this year was MC Hoang Lan Vu, the young handsome staff of the import-export department. Vu performed the MC job excellently like a professional one.
After the greetings of directors and the welcoming performances, it was the dividend distribution ceremony of 2013. The dividend rate was the same as last year at 15%. To recognize the employees’ contribution to the company, this year, the most excellent employees were given company shares with total value of over 1 billion VND.
Later part of the party was reserved for employees’ creativities. The most expected performances had been prepared very carefully. Many meticulous and fantastic performances with unique clothing and style were successfully presented, that is, dancing performance “Ngay xuan long phung sum vay” by QC department, “Tieng dan Ta Lu” by Production department or “Hon que” by QA department.
As usual, after the performance shows, CEO Le Tuan Anh inspired performers most with the valuable rewards for most impressive performances. Besides, many employees also luckily won lottery prizes such as a Samsung 32” Led TV, a Panasonic refrigerator, a Panasonic washing machine…
The party ended at 6 PM, much later than scheduled because everyone wanted to stay longer with their colleagues although they had plan to go back to their hometown that night. The MC finally had to reluctantly close the party by saying: “Goodbye everyone and wish you a happy and prosperous Lunar New Year!”
